I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent. They had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a convenient parking lot. The location was not perfect, but it was easy to get around the city because transportation was readily available. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying. I had a great experience at this hotel.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fact that the hotel was in close proximity to a lot of shopping and entertainment options. the cleanliness of the room was noticeable and impressive. Further, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast they offered as it was filling and had many options.
The lack of communication and customer service was really frustrating. The front desk was often not responsive when I needed assistance, and the noise outside was quite bothersome.
